Order Cancellation / Return of Products

Order Cancellations:

An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not
shipped from the warehouse (after placing the order). Please send us an
email on query@houseofceramics.in or call us on our helpline number.
We will issue store refund for orders that are successfully cancelled.
Requesting a Return:

The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.

How do I Return a product?:

Email us at query@houseofceramics.com with photographs of the product within 48 hours of receiving it.
After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch/refund of the faulty products depending on the damage will be initiated.
About Refunds & Timelines:

If you choose PayTM, then send us the PayTM number along with your request.
