Domestic Orders: Orders within India are typically delivered within 15-18 business days, but may be longer during high orders volumes or festive seasons.
House of Ceramics allows free order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will be applicable.
Please note that pre-order purchases are non-cancellable.
2. Shipping Methods and Charges
Domestic Shipping (India):
We offer Free Shipping on order value above 699/- for all Domestic orders.
Orders are shipped via reliable courier services, and tracking details will be provided on e-mail once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to local laws or carrier limitations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you before processing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can track your order status via the provided tracking number on the courier’s website. While the shipping tracker provides accurate updates in most cases, it should still be considered an approximate timeline.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery timelines depend entirely on your location and distance. While delays from courier partners are beyond our control, we are always here to assist you and help track your package.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is damaged or items are missing upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will assist you in processing a replacement or refund as per our returns and exchange policy.
